Aloo Dum Ingredients:
- Potato – 500 gm
- Tomato – 200 gm
- Green Chili – 2-3
- Ginger – 50 gm
- Lemon – 1 (as per taste)
- Cooking Oil – 500 gm (for fried potato)
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
- Besan – 1 tablespoon
- Black Pepper – 8-10 grains
- Mawa (roste milk) – 100 gm
- Bay Leaf – 4
- Fenugreek Leaves – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder – 2 tablespoon
- Chili Powder – 1/2 teaspoon (as par teste)
- Turmeric Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)
- Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoons
- Fresh Beaten Curd – 75 gm
- Fresh Cream – 50 gm (for garnish)
- Fresh Green Coriander Leaves – 50 gm (for garnish)
Aloo Dum Instructions:
First, wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into a slightly larger size than the cube. After cutting the potatoes, wash them thoroughly. Take out their water in the sieve.

After frying the garlic paste, add one tbsp below to it. Slow down the flame and fry it while stirring. After forgetting the besan, put mawa in it and roast it.

Tips And Notes
1 – After the Aloo Dum curry gets cooled, it becomes a little thick. To thin it, boil some water and add it to it. You can dilute the gravy as per your choice.
2 – Adding mawa makes its gravy a little richer. If you want, you can also make it with tomato and onion puree without mawa.
