It can be made in both dry and gravy form and can be eaten as a starter or with gravy and pulao, chowmein and other naan, roti and parathas. So let’s start making this wonderful Chinese dish. Chilli Paneer Ingredients:
- Paneer – 250 gm
- Onion – 2 (chopped)
- Green chili – 4 (chopped)
- Capsicum – 2 (chopped)
- Spring onion – 2 (chopped)
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- All Purpose flour – 1 tablespoon
- Corn Flour – 2 tablespoon
- Chili Souse – 1 tablespoon
- Tomato souse – 1 tablespoon
- Soya souse – 1 tablespoon
- Black Paper – 1/2 teaspoon (coarsely ground)
- Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon (as pas teste)
- Cooking Oil – 200 gm
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (as per taste)
- Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli Paneer Instructions:
Step 1
First of all cut paneer cube size cut capsicum and onion into big pieces.
Step 2
Take one spoon of corn flour in a bowl, add one spoon of all purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and salt, add some water and make a thick paste. Mix the paneer pieces in the paste slowly in such a way that the paste coats all the pieces. Leave the cubes to marinate.
Step 3
Place a pen on the flame and put oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, put the marinated paneer cube in it and shallow fry it. After the paneer is fried, take it out on a plate. Reduce the oil a little from the pan add capsicum and onion and shallow fry it. Along with that add ginger garlic paste to the pan. As soon as this vegetable is fried, add tomato sauce, chili sauce, and soya sauce to that pan and mix.
Step 4
Prepare a slurry by adding corn flour to two cups of water, after running for a while in that pen, slowly add the liquid made of corn flour and keep stirring. Add only as much water as you need to keep the gravy thick. Then add paneer to it mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Then turn off the flame and garnish with chopped green onions. So your special Chilli Paneer Recipe is ready, serve it hot. You can eat it as a snack or you can also eat it with roti, naan, paratha, or jeera rice.

Tips And Notes
1 – Take care the gravy of chili paneer recipe should not be too thick. Otherwise, when it cools down, it will lumps in it.
2 – By roasting sesame seeds, you can garnish chili paneer with it. This will make your Presentation more beautiful.
3 – While frying the paneer cubes, keep them one by one in the pen separately, otherwise they will stick together. And keep the flame slow.
