It is a healthy and very tasty breakfast which is ready on shortest time, kids also love to carry it in their lunch box along with their school bag, this is a great breakfast item eaten all over the world and it is made in many types. Like mushroom omelette and vegetable omelette, people mostly like to eat it with bread slices. So let’s start making tasty and healthy recipes.

Egg Omelette Ingredients:
- 3 – Egg
- 1 tbsp – Butter
- 1 tbsp – Onion (chopped)
- 2 – Green chilli (chopped)
- 1 inch – Ginger (chopped)
- 1 tbsp – Capsicum(chopped)
- 1 tbsp – Tomato( take out the seeds and chopped)
- 1/2 t 1 tea spn – Carrot (grate)
- 1/2 tea spn – Green coriander(chopped
- 1/2 tea spn – Salt(as per taste)
- 1/2 tea spn – Garam masala
- 2 pinch – Black paper (crushed)

1/4 – tbsp Chaat Masala

Egg Omelette Instruction:
Step 1
First, all the vegetables like onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, capsicum, carrot and green coriander will be chopped after washing.
Step 2
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat the eggs until frothy. Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl and also salt and pepper powder and mix well.
Step 3
Place a pan on the flame heat it on low flame and put 1 teaspoon butter in it, when the butter is hot, spread the egg mix well in the pan. Keep the flame low and let it roast slowly.
Step 4
When its base is roasted, turn the omelette and let it roast from the other side as well. After it is well roasted, turn off the flame and garnish chaat masala, garam masala and green chopped coriander.
