Homemade Pizza Recipe Ingredients:

 

  • 2 – Pizza base (fresh)
  • 200 – grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 – Large capsicum
  • 1 – large Onion 
  • 100 – gm Mushroom 
  • 1/2 cup – Sweet corn 
  • 2 stick – Baby corn
  • 1 cup – Broccoli 
  • 1/2 cup – Olives greens
  • 1 tbsp – Oregano (Italian herbs)
  • 1 tbsp – Chilli Flakes (as pas teste)
  • 1/2 tbsp – Salt (as per taste)
  • 2 tbsp – Pizza Topping souse
  • 2 tbsp – Tomato souse
  • 1 tbsp – Butter


Homemade Pizza Recipe Instructions:

 

Step 1
In some recipes, the pizza base is told to be made at home, but we do not advise making pizza base at home, because fresh and soft pizza bases are available in the market, so here we will use a market-based pizza base. Pizza topping will also be used for the market only. Now will we make pizza in the oven, today we will make it in a pizza pan only?
Step 2
Now we will cut all our vegetables in cube sizes like capsicum, onion, broccoli, and mushroom, and cut the tomato after taking out the seeds. Cut baby corn into thin slices and boil it sweet corn.
Step 3
Put a pan on the flame and put half a teaspoon of butter in it, when the butter melts, we will put all the chopped vegetables inside the pan and keep stirring slowly till it becomes soft, we will also add two pinches of salt. Tomatoes will not be added, tomatoes will be added last. Keep stirring everything slowly for 5 minutes and turn off the flame when all the vegetables become soft. Now put tomatoes in it mix them all and keep them aside to cool down.

Step 4
we will put a big pan on the flame and inside it, we will keep such a big pan that our pizza can also come easily.
We will place our pizza base inside that pan and slow down the flame, in 4 to 5 minutes the downside of our pizza base will become crispy, now we will apply pizza topping brought from the market on our pizza base. Then coat it with tomato sauce.
Step 5
After courting the pizza topping and tomato sauce on top of the pizza base, We will spread our boiled vegetables well and also add boiled sweet corn to those vegetables. After spreading a thick layer of all the vegetables, we will grate our mozzarella cheese on top of those vegetables.
Step 6
Now we will put our pizza in a big pan that we have put inside and cover it after flame down, after four to five minutes we will remove the cover and see whether our cheese has started melting or not, if the cheese has not melted. We’ll put the cover back on and take it off after a while.
Step 7
When our cheese starts melting and turns golden brown, we will turn off our flame and take out the pizza on a plate, now we will feed oregano flakes and chili flakes on top of our Pizza Chop the olives grains and garnish the pizza top, cut and serve.

Tips And Notes


1 – You can increase or decrease any vegetable of your choice in your pizza and you can also increase the amount of cheese according to your taste.
2 – Use only market-made fresh and soft spongy pizza base otherwise your pizza will not be good A fresh pizza base gives the best taste to the pizza.
3 – While steaming the vegetables, we do not have to cook them too much, otherwise our pizza will not be tasty, keep in mind that while stirring the vegetables, we have to give them light steam on low flame.
