First of all, we will put one and a half liters of water in a big vessel to boil and put half a teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of cooking oil in it so that our noodles do not stick together while boiling. When the water comes to a boil, put the noodles in it and keep stirring slowly with a ladle, keep in mind that we have to stir slowly so that our noodles do not break, after some time when the noodles start boiling, stir the noodles by hand. Will check whether they have become boys or not, taking care not to overcook the noodles, as soon as the noodles are boiled, close the frame.
Step 2
Take boiled noodles in a strainer and immediately wash them well with cold water, after washing them, take a little cooking oil in your hands put them in the noodles lift them slowly, and spread them in another big utensil. Noodles do not stick to each other after applying cooking oil.
Step 3
Now check that all our vegetables are cut, and the peas are boiled, we will fry the chow mein. place a large, thin-bottomed skillet over the flame. Put three or four tablespoons of butter in it, when the butter melts, put chopped garlic in it and fry till it becomes golden. When the garlic is ready, add onions to it and stir fast, keeping the flame high. Because Chinese cuisine is always cooked on high flame.
Step 4
The onion does not have to cook much, as soon as the onion separates, we will put capsicum, carrot, beans, and all our remaining vegetables in it and stir fast. We will keep stirring for 1 minute, as soon as our vegetables become a little soft, we will put vinegar in them, add schezwan sauce, add chili sauce, and green chili sauce, all will run fast. We will slow down the flame a bit, now we will spread our noodles inside it, and add salt and black pepper according to the test, now we will speed it up a bit and fry our noodles on high flame by turning them over.
Step 5
After running for 2 to 3 minutes, we will turn off the flame, our Veg Chowmein Recipe is ready, garnish with chopped spring onions, and serve hot by taking them out in a serving bowl. We can serve Veg Noodles with Manchurian Gravy. Noodles look very tasty with Manchurian Gravy.
