Small children studying and writing should drink this daily In the recipe, after soaking and peeling almonds overnight, make a fine paste of them, boil the milk on a medium flame for a long time thicken it slightly, and add saffron, and cardamom powder and sugar inside it, after cooling, serve garnished with dry fruits. Badam Shake Recipe Ingredients:
1 Ltr – Full Cream Milk
2 – 1 Tablespoon – Custard Powder
3 – 80 Gm – Suger
4 – 2 Pinch – Saffron Leaves
5 – 8 – Green Cardamoms (Powder)
6 – 30 – Almond (soaked the night before)
7 – 15 – Cashew (chopped)
8 – 1 Services – Raisins (cut in two)
9 – 10 – Almond (chopped, for garnish)
10 – 1 Tablespoon – Pistachio (chopped, for garnish)
11 – 1 Pinch of saffron Leaves (for garnish)
Badam Shake Recipe Instructions:
Step 1
First of all, we will take 1 liter of full cream milk take out one cup of milk add one tablespoon of custard powder, and mix it well take one serving spoon of milk and add two pinches of saffron leaf, and keep it soaked. Make sure there are no lumps in the custard powder, mix well.
Step 2
Peel the soaked almonds the night before and put them in a mixer grinder jar, add one tablespoon of milk and grind them to make a fine paste. Cut all the dry fruits keep green cardamom and make a fine powder.
Step 3
Put the milk in a large nonstick pan to boil over the flame and keep stirring it with a flat spoon until it starts boiling, ensuring the milk does not stick to the bottom of the vessel. When the milk comes to a boil, turn the flame to medium slowly add the custard powder paste, and stir. Remember that while adding custard powder paste, we have to keep stirring it slowly, otherwise, lumps will form inside the milk of custard powder or stick in the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
Keep stirring the milk continuously with a flat spoon. After it comes to a good boil for about 2 minutes, add sugar and let it boil for 2 minutes. You can increase or decrease the sugar as per your taste. Now add almond paste to the milk and stir slowly. Boil the milk on a medium flame for 2 minutes. After that, add the soaked saffron leaves to the milk. Add chopped cashew nuts and chopped raisins and keep stirring slowly.
Step 5
Boil the milk well for 1 minute, turn off the flame, and keep in mind that we do not have to think too much while boiling the milk. Mix cardamom powder inside the milk. Now we will let this milk cool down, after it cools down, keep it in the refrigerator to cool down further.
Step 6
After cooling down for one to two hours, we will run the milk a little with a hand grinder to make it more smooth. After smoothing the almond shake with a hand grinder, we will pour the almond shake into glasses and Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and saffron leaves.
Now our Badam Shake Recipe is ready, will serve it cold.

Tips And Notes
1 –Custard powder should be added to the milk in proportion, not too much, otherwise our badam shake becomes too thick when it cools down.
2 – Keep the almond shake in the refrigerator and serve it only after cooling it well. The colder the almond shake, the better the test will be.
3 –Custard powder is added to the almond shake for flavor, if you do not want to add custard powder, add a little almond paste instead and boil well.
