Crispy Bhindi Fry Instructions:

Step 1
First, we will wash the bhindi with clean water and wipe it to dry by reaching well with a kitchen towel. Keep the bhindi to dry for half an hour. When the water from the okra dries completely, we will cut off the upper stalk and a little lower part of the okra. Bhindi cut lengthwise into two parts and spread them flat on a large plate. Keep the cut side of all the okra upwards.
Step 2
Now we will spread all our spices evenly on all sides with our fingers, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Black Salt, Chaat Masala, Lemon Juice, Amchur Powder, Mustard Oil and beasan. After adding all the spices gram flour and mustard oil, slowly turn the okra upside down so that all the spices stick well on the bhindi, now keep the bhindi marinated for half an hour. Apply evenly on the bhindi of the spice with your finger.

Step 3
you will place a flat pan over the flame. And put two service spoons of cooking oil in it. We don’t want to fry bhindi deep so add a little cooking oil. When the oil is well heated, spread a little okra evenly inside the pan with your fingers. Will keep the flame medium. Slowly turn the okra upside down with a slotted spoon.
Step 4
Fry the bhindi while turning upside down till it becomes crispy. Similarly, fry the rest of the okra. But before adding bhindi to the cooking oil again let the oil get hot. When the bhindi becomes golden fried, take them out strictly and keep them on the napkin paper, by doing this their extra oil will come out.
Step 5
All okras When the golden fries become crispy, take them out on a big plate, sprinkle chaat masala on top, Add lemon juice as per taste, and garnish with chopped coriander.
Now our Crispy Bhindi Fry is ready. Wait for 15 minutes as our bhindi will become crispy after cooling down a bit. You can eat them with hot tea or curd in food or with any gravy vegetable.

Tips And Notes

1 – Keep the balance of the flame perfect while frying the lady’s finger. If the oil cools it will fill inside the bhindi. Fry the okra on medium flame only.
2 – Bhindi should be dried properly after washing, if there is even a little moisture, the bhindi will not become crisp and the recipe will not taste good.
3 – Some people also deep fry bhindi, but by doing this all the spices application them go out in the oil, so I recommend you to shallow fry the bhindi.
4 – In okra, you can use more or less spices according to your taste, if you do not eat too spicy then you can keep less spices.
