Kadai Paneer Recipe
Tips And Notes
1 – Keep in mind that the spices we roast should be fresh, often dry red chilies get moldy, if the spices are spoiled then the recipe will not taste.
2 – Paneer should also be fresh, if possible, use homemade paneer because the main ingredients of this recipe are paneer only.
3 – Some people put paneer raw in this recipe, but I always put it in the recipe of paneer only after shallow frying. If you want, you can also make raw paneer in the gravy.
4 – We have skipped garam masala in our recipe as our roasted masala will work as garam masala only.
