Now put your chopped vegetables inside the batter like chopped onions, chopped carrot, chopped Green Chilli, chopped capsicum, and chopped tomatoes, and put them inside the batter. Take out the beetroot from the water, once again wash it with water, and pour it inside the batter. If you think that there will be more vegetables inside the batter, then put a little vegetable in the beginning and stop some vegetables.
Step 4
Now add your spices inside the batter like chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, and cumin seeds, and mix well. Now you will place a nonstick flat pan on top of the flame And put 1 tsp butter in the pan, when the butter is well heated, Put 1 Eno pouch inside the batter and mix it well, put two service full batters on top of the pan and spread it in the shape of a thick pizza base.
Step 5
Slow down the flame. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves over the moonglet, and add two to four chopped beetroots. It takes 2 to 3 minutes for the moonglet to get golden fried on one side. Lift the moonglet slightly from the flat spoon and see, when the moonglet is well golden roasted from one side, then turn the moonglet.
Step 6
Make a long plus mark in the middle of the moonglet with a flat spoon cut it and put 1 tsp butter. Slow the flame and it will take 3 to 4 minutes for the moonglets to get golden roasted from the other side as well, take them out on a plate. Put a pinch of chaat masala on top and garnish with 2 pinch of finely chopped coriander leaves.
