In the recipe, rava is mixed with curd, left for half an hour so that the paste swells, then spread in a circular shape on a flat pan and bake with vegetables like capsicum, onion, carrot, tomato till golden brown on both sides. - 1 Cup – Rawa (semolina)
- 1 pouch – Eno (frute salt)
- 3/4 Cup – Curd
- 100 gm – Butter
- 1 Cup – Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 Cup – Tomato (deseed and chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Carrot (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup – Onion (chopped)
- 15 – Curry Leaf
- 2 – Green Chili (chopped)
- 1/2 Cup – Green Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 inch – Ginger (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon – Salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon – Musterd Seedes
- 1 – Lemon
- 1 teaspoon – Chat Masala

Tips And Notes
1 – You can add any vegetable of your choice like cabbage, beetroot,ot or cut small paneer cubes.
2 – You can also make the shape of Uttapam small or big according to your choice, some people like to Uttapam in small bowls size and, some people make large shaped Uttapam.
3 – You can use the leftover batter the next day or make idlis out of the leftover batter.
