Aam Panna Recipe Ingredients:

  • 500 gm – Raw Mango
  • 300 gm – Suger (as par taste)
  • 1 teaspoon – Cumin Seeds Powder (roasted)
  • 1/3 teaspoon – Black Salt (as per taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon – Black Paper Powder
  • 20 – Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fennel Seeds Powder

Aam Panna Recipe Instructions:

Step 1
First, we will wash the raw mangoes thoroughly with water, remove their stalk by making a deep cut with the tip of a knife peel them, and take out their pulp. In this recipe, some people boil the raw mango whole and then separate its pulp, but we will boil after separating the pulp because we find this method easier.
Step 2
We will put all the pulp in a pressure cooker, add 5 cups of water, and keep it boiling. To boil aam pulp in a pressure cooker, two to three whistles are required, it may take 15 to 20 minutes. After three whistles, we will release the pressure of the pressure cooker and crush the pulp with our finger to see if it is well crushed. If the pulp is still not boiled then add one more whistle.
Step 3
When the mango pulp is boiled well, separate it by filtering the water. Put all the pulp in a mixer grinder jar, blend it well, and make a fine paste. After the paste is ready, we will fill it in a cup and measure it to see how much is ready. We have to add twice as much sugar as our pulp is ready, so we measure it to see how much is ready. You can also add sugar according to your taste.
Step 4
Now we will put a deep nonstick pan on top of the flame and put all the pulp inside it also add sugar and while stirring slowly, melt the sugar on medium flame. We will put twice the amount of sugar in our pulp. When the sugar is well melted inside the pulp, we will close our flame. Now we will add our spices inside it like black salt black pepper powder fennel powder. Put fresh mint leaves in the mortar used to crush ginger crush them well, and mix them inside the pulp.
Step 5
Mix everything well, Now put half a teaspoon of pulp in a cup of child water and drink it to see if there is any spice missing. You can add any spice, black salt, or black pepper, according to your test. Now our Aam Panna Recipe is ready. Whenever you want to use it, add one spoon or two spoons of pulp in a glass of water as per your taste, mix it garnish it with fresh mint leaves, and serve it chilled. You can store this mango panna pulp in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use it comfortably for 3 to 4 days.
