In this recipe, the eggs are beaten well till the foam comes, and add raw onions, chopped green chilies, chopped tomatoes, and some aromatic spices like red chili powder, salt, black pepper powder garam masala, chopped green coriander, chopped ginger and good in butter. Anda Bhujiya Recipe Ingredients:
- 6 – Raw Egg (fresh)
- 1 – Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 – Onion (finely chopped)
- 8 – Clove Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 – Green Chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 Inch – Ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 – Serving Spoons Butter
- 1/2 – teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 – teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 – teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 – teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 – teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1- Serving spoon Green Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 – Lemon
Anda Bhujiya Recipe Instructions:
Step 1
First of all, we will finely chop all our vegetables like onion, tomato, green chili, ginger, and green coriander leaves. In a large bowl break all 6 eggs and whisk well with the help of whisk till foamy. Now put chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, and chopped ginger inside it and mix well. Add salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala and mix well.
Step 2
Now put a deep non-stick pan on the flame and add 2 tbsp butter to it, when the butter is well heated, put cumin seeds inside it, when cumin starts to crackle, you will put chopped garlic and turn it golden. Keep stirring with a spoon after 20 seconds put onion inside it and cook for 15 to 20 seconds. Light transparent.

Step 3
When the onion becomes light transparent, then put your egg batter in it speed up the flame, and keep mixing everything well while stirring with a spoon. Gradually our egg batter will start getting tight, keep stirring continuously with a flat spoon, and make sure that the egg batter does not stick to the pan.
Step 4
Take the flame medium, it will take 10 to 15 minutes for the batter to cook. Pressing the egg bhujiya with a spoon will roast it well. When the egg batter is well roasted and Bhujiya comes to the stage, then close the flame and see after eating a little bit, if any spices or salt are less, then you can add them according to your taste. Now our Anda Bhujiya Recipe is ready, take out chaat masala and lemon juice in a serving bowl, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot.

Tips And Notes
1 – You can serve Egg Bhujiya with bread toast, pav, veg pulao, and noodles, it looks very tasty when mixed with pulao and noodles.
2 – Some people don’t like to add tomato to egg bhujiya but I use tomato in it to make the egg bhujiya recipe a little soft. If you don’t like tomato then you can leave it.
3 – Fresh eggs should always be used to make the Anda Bhujiya recipe, if the eggs are not fresh, then our recipe will smell and our recipe will not be good to eat, it will spoil.
