Step 3
Keep in mind that there should not be any lump inside the batter, we have to prepare a smooth batter. Check the butter a bit, if the salt is less then add salt as per taste. Now place a non-stick deep pan over the flame and add yellow mustard cooking oil inside it. When the cooking oil gets hot, drop a drop or two of the batter in the oil and check whether it is heated properly or not and if it is hot then the drops of our batter will float to the top.
Step 4
Keep in mind that the flame should not be too high, we will fry the pakoras on medium flame. Dip the paneer pieces one by one in the gram flour batter and after kneading them well, put them in the oil very carefully. After turning each piece over, cook it lightly on both sides and take it out on a plate. We will double-fry the pakodas.
Step 5
Similarly, we will dip all the square pieces of paneer in the batter, put them in cooking oil lay them lightly from both sides, and take them out. After all the pieces are roasted, we will increase the flame a little and put as many paneer pakodas as we can in the pan at one go and fry them crispy golden from both sides by turning them upside down.
Step 6
After the paneer pakoras become crisp and golden from both tides, we will take them out on kitchen paper. By doing this, we will remove the extra oil from the kitchen paper and fry all the pieces in the same manner until golden Place the Paneer Pakora on a serving plate and sprinkle some chaat masala on it. So, our delicious crunchy Paneer Pakoda Recipe is ready. Serve hot with coriander mint green chutney and tomato sauce.
