  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Maida, Fine flour
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 250 gm cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, as part test
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder, as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Degi Mirch, for color
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 service spoon Chat Masala, MDH
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 service spoon Lemon Juice

Crispy Paneer Finger Recipe Instructions:

 

Step 1
First, we will cut the paneer in finger size and spread it on a plate with the help of our fingers, sprinkle salt as per taste, sprinkle red chili as per taste, crush half a teaspoon Kasuri fenugreek on the palm, sprinkle half a tablespoon chaat masala, sprinkle half teaspoon garam masala and half teaspoon degi chili along with it. Add a tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and one tablespoon of lemon juice With the help of your fingers, coat all the ingredients on all sides of the paneer finger. Do this very carefully. Be careful not to break the paneer fingers.
Step 2
Coat the spices well on the paneer finger and keep it for 15 minutes. Now we will prepare a liquid to dip the paneer fingers. For that, take a big bowl, add three tablespoons of flour and three tablespoons of corn flour, add salt as per the taste, add red chili as per the taste, and add two pinches of garam masala. Add 2 pinches of chaat masala, add half a cup of water, and mix well. Do not make them go too thin. The consistency should be such that it is neither too thick nor too thin.
Step 3
Prepare one cup of bread crumbs and put it on a big plate. After the paneer fingers are marinated in spices for 15 minutes, dip them in the prepared batter coat them with bread crumbs from all sides, and keep them in a plate. When all the paneer fingers are coated in bread crumbs, keep them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, take out all the Paneer Fingers from inside the fridge Now put cooking oil in a non-stick pan and put it on flame to heat. When the oil becomes hot.
