First of all, we will put the sesame seeds in a flour sifter and sift them a little. By doing this, if there is any extra dirt inside it, it will be removed. Now to roast the sesame seeds, we will place a non-stick deep pan over the flame put the sesame seeds inside it, and roast them while stirring with a spoon.
Step 2
After stirring for 1 minute, we will slow down the flame and roast the sesame seeds while stirring continuously. After two to 3 minutes, the sesame seeds will start swelling and a crackling sound will start coming from inside them and the aroma will also start coming, this means that Our sesame seeds are now nicely roasted. We should not roast the sesame seeds too much otherwise the taste will become bitter while eating them.
Step 3
Put the peanuts in a non-stick pan and roast them on a very low flame while stirring with a spoon. Once the peanuts are roasted, after they cool down, peel them with the help of your fingers put them in a mixer grinder jar, and grind them coarsely. Don’t do it too finely. We will grind the jaggery also coarsely.

Step 4
Place a non-stick pan over a glass add one tablespoon of desi ghee inside it and let it heat. When it gets hot, add coarsely crushed jaggery inside it and keep stirring it continuously with the help of a spoon. Gradually, when the jaggery starts melting, add one serving spoonful of water and stir while mixing.
Step 5
After cooking on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, the foam will start appearing in our jaggery syrup, which means that our jaggery syrup is now cooked and ready. To check that the jaggery syrup is ready.
We will pour half a cup of water inside the bowl and put two drops of jaggery syrup inside it and see if that drop settles in the bottom of the water and does not spread, then it means that our jaggery syrup is cooked and ready. Now we will turn off the flame.
Step 6
Now we will add roasted sesame seeds, crushed green card, a mom, and roasted crushed peanuts inside the jaggery syrup and mix it quickly because if the jaggery syrup cools down then a tightness starts developing inside it, hence at that time mix the mixer gets tough.
After mixing the sesame and peanuts well, we will take some water in a bowl and apply it on the palm, lift the mixer with the help of a big spoon, and make round ladoos with the help of the palms. Do this very carefully. This has to be done because the jaggery mixer is very hot.
Step 7
Everyone will make similar ladoos on their palms by applying water from the mixer. Instead of water, you can also apply desi ghee on your palms. Make the ladoos and keep placing them on a plate. As the ladoos cool down, they will come into their perfect shape.
So, our Til Ke Ladoo Recipe is ready. Eat and feed them after they cool down. Store them in a glass jar. They do not spoil for a long time.
