Tips And Notes

1 – To make the recipe hot and tasty, prepare the gravy of Gobi Manchurian after half frying the cauliflower pieces and then after fully frying the cauliflower pieces, prepare the gravy and immediately add it to the gravy and serve after mixing well. The recipe will remain absolutely hot and crispy.
2 – The batter we make for frying the gobi pieces should not contain too much water at once. The batter has to be thinned a little by adding water little by little. The batter should neither be too thin nor too thick.
3 – Cauliflower pieces should not be cut too thickly. If cut too thickly, their stalks remain raw when fried, which does not give a good taste in food. Cauliflower pieces should be cut thinly, one bite at a time.
