Anyway, fresh red and fresh tomatoes are cultivated in abundance in this season, hence cheap tomatoes are available in the market during these days, hence, it is very cheap to make this soup these days.
Be it a wedding, birthday party, or any other special party, this soup is mainly served as a starter and snack. To make this recipe, seasonally available fresh tomatoes along with some onion pieces, carrot pieces, and garlic are boiled and mashed well, after which the puree is boiled properly in an iron sieve. After that, bay leaves, clove, and green cardamoms are lightly roasted in butter, and tomato puree is added to it and cooked well. Corn flour is added to a little water to thicken the soup. When it is ready, add two pinches of black pepper and a couple of coriander leaves or Tulsa leaves, cut the bread into small pieces, fry them, add them to the soup garnish with fresh cream, and serve hot. So let’s make this delicious creamy tomato soup that keeps the body warm.

Tomato Soup Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 gm Fresh Red Tomato
- 1 Onion, medium
- 1 Carrots, small
- 6 Clove Garlic
- 2 pinch Black Pepper, crushed
- 4 Clove, crushed
- 1 Green Cardamom Seed, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tablespoon Corn Flour
- 2 Bread Peace
- 1 tablespoon Suger
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt, as per taste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Cream
- 1 teaspoon Green Coriander Leaves
- 4 Tulsa Leaves
Tomato Soup Recipe Instructions:
Step 1
First, wash 300 grams of red ripe fresh tomato thoroughly with water, cut it into four pieces from the middle, and put it inside a non-stick pan, peel a small onion, cut it into four pieces, and put it inside, also peel a small carrot and cut it into small pieces and put it inside it, peel 6 garlic cloves, cut them from the middle put them inside it, 1/2 teaspoon salt add one cups of water and boil it well on flame.
Step 2
If you want, you can boil all these vegetables in the cooker. If all these vegetables boil well in three whistles, then turn off the flame. When the tomatoes boil well, let them cool down. When they cool down, put them in a mixer grinder jar and grind them well. When the tomatoes are ground well, put them in an iron sieve and filter them well.
Step 3
Now we will place a non-stick pan over the flame and put one tablespoon of butter inside it. When the butter melts well, grind four cloves and one green cardamom and grind it and bay leaf add it to the butter. We will put it inside and roast it lightly while stirring continuously with a spoon. After 10 seconds, we will put our tomato puree inside it and let it boil while stirring continuously with a spoon.
Step 4
Add 2 cups of water inside tomato puri and boil it well for 2 minutes. Add water as per your choice, do not dilute it too much. Now we will put half a cup of water in a bowl add one tablespoon of corn flour and mix it well with a spoon. Mix well so that there are no lumps and slowly pour this liquid into the tomato soup. First, pour only half of it and mix it well. We will mix it and see if the tomato soup is not too thick.
Step 5
If the consistency is better then we will not add corn flour liquid and if we want to keep it thicker then add the remaining water and mix well. Add one tablespoon of sugar, add two pinches of crushed black pepper, and boil the soup well on a medium flame for 2 minutes, then turn off the flame.
Step 6
Now cut the bread pieces into square shapes add a little butter in a non-stick pan and roast these bread pieces on medium flame. For serving, take out the tomato soup in a small bowl as much as you want to serve, add fresh buttercream on top, add one or two fried bread pieces, and garnish with one or two green coriander leaves and Tulsa leaves. Tips And Notes
1 – Corn flour is added to the tomato soup to give it a restaurant-like texture. You can skip it if you wish. And if you want to make tomato soup spicy then you can use red chili powder.
2 – To make tomato soup, only ripe red tomatoes should be used. Tinned tomatoes do not taste good in making soup.
3 – Onions and carrots in tomato soup create a better combination of sweetness in tomato soup. If you want, you can make tomato soup without adding tomatoes and onions.
