Today we will tell you about five such drinks that are prepared quickly and are also very beneficial for our health. On the hot summer days, whether it is children or adults, everyone likes to drink cold juices and cold drinks from the market, but you all know that fruit juices and other soft drinks from the market are made in factories in an unhygienic manner and they are also expensive, due to which sometimes using them makes our health bad and there is also a waste of money, sometimes such a situation comes that we have to go to the doctor too, in such a situation, if we make economical and tasty homemade beverages hygienically and serve them to everyone, then our money is also saved and the health of everyone in the house also remains better. All these recipes are centuries old and were prepared by our grandmothers in our homes and served with love to all the guests who came to our house, but in this hectic life, everyone is short of time and they all start depending on juices and soft drinks available in the market. But these tips are still effective and are very beneficial for our health. So let’s journey to make these five amazing and healthy juices for summer.
Friends, the first summer juice is Watermelon Juice made from Watermelon. Watermelon is available in plenty in the market during summer and is available at 20 to 30 rupees per kg. Watermelon is very beneficial for the brain and stomach. The red part of the watermelon is cut into small pieces and ground in a grinder jar with ice, mint leaves, and black salt. Juice is prepared and served. Our Raw Mango Juice comes in second place. Eating raw mango saves us from heat stroke in summer. It is also rich in vitamin C which is very beneficial for our body. This juice maintains our body temperature in extreme heat. After peeling raw mango and cutting it into small pieces, add some spices and grind it to prepare its juice and serve. At number three is the Jaggery Juice made from jaggery which tastes just like sugarcane juice. Jaggery is ground in a mixer grinder jar along with ice, lemon, and mint leaves and then jaggery juice is prepared and served. At number four comes Lemon and Mint Juice. Lemon is rich in Vitamin C which is very beneficial for our body in summers and adding mint to it gives a feeling of freshness. Put lemon and mint in a mixer grinder jar, add ice cubes, sugar powder, and cumin powder, and grind it well then add soda or Sprite and serve. It refreshes our minds instantly. At number five comes summer juice Dahi Lassi made from curd. In summer, buttermilk prepared from Lassi is used in most houses because it is rich in vitamin C and calcium which cools the brain. Buttermilk is prepared by churning milk, taking out butter from it, and adding salt to it and by adding sugar and ice to curd and churning it, lassi is prepared and used. So let’s make these delicious and refreshing juices for summer.

1 – Watermelon Juice
Summer Drinks Ingredients:
500 gm- Watermelon
1/4 teaspoon – Black Salt
1/4 teaspoon – Salt
1 tablespoon – Suger Powder
12 – Mint Leaves
10 – Cilantro Leaves
1/4 inch – Ginger
1/2 teaspoon – Chat Masala
1/2 teaspoon – cumin Powder (Roasted)
1/2 – Lemon Juice
4 – Ice Cube
1/2 cup – Cold Water
Summer Drinks Directions:
Step 1
First of all, we will peel the watermelon and cut the red part into small cube-sized pieces and get about half a kilo of it.
Step 2
Now we will put these big pieces of watermelon in a big grinder jar and put four ice cubes in it, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, and a small piece of ginger, add 1/4 teaspoon black salt, 1/4 teaspoon salt, half lemon juice, one cup cold water, 1 tablespoon sugar powder and grind everything well in a grinder jar.
Step 3
After grinding in the mixer jar for about 1 minute, we will filter the watermelon juice well in an iron sieve and put four ice cubes in a glass and pour this filtered watermelon juice in the glass, add 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder and mix it. Cut one tablespoon of watermelon into pea-sized pieces and put them in a glass. Garnish it with 2 mint leaves. So our refreshing and healthy Watermelon Juice is ready, serve it cold.
Tips And Notes
1 – Watermelon juice should not be stored; it should be prepared fresh and served immediately. Watermelon juice does not taste good after being stored.
2 – If you are diabetic then do not add sugar powder in watermelon juice and you can skip any ingredients that you do not like in watermelon juice.

2 – Raw Mango Juice
Summer Drinks Ingredients:
1/2 – Lemon Juice (optional)1/2 inch – Ginger (optional)
Summer Drinks Direction:
Step 1
Firstly, peel the raw mango remove its seed, and cut it into small pieces. After that, put the chopped raw mango pieces inside a big mixer grinder jar and add four tablespoons of sugar powder, one-fourth teaspoon of black salt, one-fourth teaspoon of chaat masala, and a small piece of ginger, add one cup of cold water, and 4 ice cubes and grind everything finely. We will not add too much water, we will add water later as per the need.
Step 2
When all the ingredients are finely ground, put them in an iron strainer and press them well with a big spoon to filter out all the juice. Now we will pour this filtered juice into a glass, add two or three ice cubes, add 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder mix it with a tablespoon, and garnish it by breaking some mint leaves. So our delicious Raw Mango Juice is ready, serve it chilled.

- 1/2 teaspoon – Black Salt
- 1/2 – Lemon Juice

- 1/2 teaspoon – Chat Masala

- 2 – Lemon
- 2 Lemon Slice (for garnish)
- 15 – Mint Leaves
- 4 – Tablespoon – Suger Powder
- 500 ml – Soda or Sprit (as per taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon – Black Salt
