In a large bowl, sieve 700 grams of gram flour thoroughly in a fine iron sieve and add the ingredients mentioned in it like chopped coriander leaves, salt as per taste, red chili powder as per taste, and half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and prepare a thick paste by adding water little by little.
Step 3

Now we will prepare to fry the bread pakodas. For that, we will put a large non-stick pan on the flame and pour cooking oil in it. When the cooking oil becomes medium hot, put a drop of gram flour paste in it and see if the drop floats and comes to the top. It means that our oil has been heated properly to make pakodas.

Step 6
Now we will put a stuffed bread slice inside the thick paste of gram flour and with the help of a spoon, we will apply the gram flour paste evenly on the bread slice. After it is well coated, we will pick it up with our hands and carefully put the stuffed slice inside the hot oil.
Step 7
After putting the bread slices in the pan, keep pouring hot oil over the slices with the help of a spoon. After about 20 seconds, carefully flip the bread slices with a slotted spoon and fry the bread slices till they turn golden on both sides while flipping them. Keep the flame medium hot.
