Soya Kabab Rolls Direction:

Step 1
First of all, we will put 400 grams of flour in a big bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of sugar powder, and two tablespoons of refined oil by adding water little by little, prepare a soft dough as we make for paratha, just like that. Once a soft dough is ready, cover it and keep it aside, and now we will prepare Soya Kebab.
Step 2
Now, we will take,,250 grams of soya chunks inside a big glass bowl, soak it in boiling water, and keep it aside. No,w we will prepare a masala for the soya kebab in a mixer grinder jar. Inside the mixer grinder jar, add two green chilies, 1-inch piece of ginger, two large black cardamoms, four small green cardamoms, one teaspoon fennel seeds, one teaspoon cumin, two tablespoons whole dried coriander, and also add two tablespoons of finely chopped green coriander leaves and mix everything. Grind it, coarse grind.

Step 3
After soaking the soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes, drain out all the hot water through an iron sieve and wash the soya chunks with clean water, squeeze them well with hands, and put them in a mixer grinder along with coarsely ground spices and grind them coarselyTakeee it out on a big plate.
Step 4
Now, inside the mixer of these soya chunks, we add two tablespoons of curd, one tablespoon of chili flakes, one-third teaspoon of turmeric powder, one-third teaspoon of garam masala powder, a one-third teaspoon of dry mango powder, instead of dry mango powder, can also add lemon juice and one and a half tablespoon of gram flour. Three tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste, 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander, and salt as per taste and mix everything well.
Step 5
Mix well with the help of both hands in the mixer. If the mixer is still a little loose, then add a little gram flour and corn flour inside it. When the spices are mixed well inside the soya chunks, then with the help of hands, we will prepare round balls from them. Before preparing the balls, apply refined oil on both the palms so that the mixer does not stick to the palms and our balls can be made easily. Let’s make round balls and press them with the palm and make them in the shape of potato tikki.

Step 6
Now we will prepare our parathas to make soya roll. With the help of our hands, we will break the round balls from the flour that we have prepared and,d with the help of the palms, make them into balls. After sprinkling some flour on the rolling pin, we will make the paratha exactly. Roll out thinly and prepare roti or paratha on the pan as per your choice.
Step 7
Now, to cook the kebab, we will place a non-stick flat pan on the flame and put three tablespoons of cooking oil inside it. We do not have to add too much cooking oil because we want the kebab to be shallowly fried on both sides in light oil on a low flame. When the oil is well heated, we will put as many kebabs as can fit inside the pan and turn the flame to medium.
Step 8
When the kebabs are lightly fried from one side, then gently turn them with a spoon,n and they will also become golden fried from the other side. These kebabs are golden fried from the outside and are very soft when eaten from the inside. We will fry all the kebabs by turning them upside down in the same manner. And take it all out on a plate.
Step 9
Now, both our parathas and soya kebabs are ready. No,w we will make their rolls. To make rolls, take one paratha, break two soya kebabs in its center, spread them evenly from top to bottom, and also spread finely chopped onion, coriander, and mint on it.
Step 10
We will also put the spicy Hari Chatti on it, fold the paratha from the bottom, and slowly roll it completely from right to left. So, our delicious and spicy Soya Kabab Rolls are ready, serve it hot. You can also prepare these for children’s school tiffin or office tiffin; they taste very tasty even when cold.

Tips And Notes

1 – If you are short of time, then instead of making parathas of flour at home, you can prepare a roll by buying a very thin rumali roti made of flour available in the market and stuffing soya kebab inside it.
2 – If you do not have soya granules available, then you can take soybean balls, put them in boiling water, grind them in a mixer grinder jar, and use them. Instead of granules, soybean balls also do the same thing.
3 – If you do not like parathas made from maida, then you can make parathas from flour or take half flour and half flour and make parathas from that too, or stuff soya kebab in homemade normal paratha and make rolls. Or even without paratha, you can eat a Soya Kebab Roll as a snack with spicy green coriander mint chutney and finely chopped onions.
