 Veg Grilled Sandwich Ingredients:

 

  • 2 – Slices Sandwich Bread
  • 1 – Onion Big Size
  • 1 – Big Tomato
  • 1 – Boiled Potato
  • 1 – Cucumber
  • 100 gm – Green Coriander
  • 25 gm – Fresh Mint
  • 2 – Green Chili
  • 1 inch – Ginger
  • 1 -Lemon
  • 1/2 – teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Paper Powder
  • 1/2 – Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon – Salt (as per taste)
  • 1 tablespoon – Butter
  • 2 – Cheese Slice
  • 1 teaspoon – Chat Masala

Veg Grilled Sandwich instruction:


Step 1
First of all wash the coriander and mint leaves and put them in a mixer jar, add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies and half a cup of water and grind them to make a paste. Once the paste is ready, add chaat masala, lemon juice and salt as per taste. Chutney is ready

Step 2
Boil the potato and after cooling cut them into thick slices. Cut thin slices of onion, cucumber, and tomato too. Apply butter well on the two bread slices. After that apply green chutney.
Step 3
After applying chutney on the slices, place the sliced potato slices and leave salt, chaat masala, and cumin powder on top. These three spices even after applying onion slices and three spices even after applying tomato slices.

Then place a cheese slice on top of all this. Now the slice on which we had applied butter and chutney on top of the sandwich from the chutney side and apply some butter on the top.

Now heat your grill pen. and put a little butter on it. Carefully place your sandwich on top of it. Close the lid of the grill pen. and grill the sandwich till it turns golden brown.

Tips And Notes


1 – Beetroot is optional. If you like to eat beetroot in a sandwich, then after slicing you can half boil it and and apply it.
2 – Apply butter on the bread slice properly so that after applying green chutney your bread slice does not get wet. Your sandwich won’t be grilled if it is wet.
3 – Store the remaining green chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can eat it with roti, or paratha. It is very tasty.
