First, place a flat pan over the flame put Rawa (semolina) in it, and roast while stirring slowly, keeping the flame very low. Stirring slowly, we will roast the Rawa. This process takes at least 5 minutes. When the rawa starts giving a slight aroma and becomes a little light roast, we will turn off the flame and take out the Rawa on a plate.
Step 2

Place a pan over the flame And put 1 tablespoon of butter in it, when the butter melts and becomes hot, add cashews roast them light brown, and take them out on a plate. If our peanuts are already roasted, then it is okay, otherwise who will roast the peanuts lightly by adding a little butter?

Step 4
Now we will put coriander chili powder and salt inside it and keep stirring it slowly. Now we will add three and a half cups of water and let it boil. When the water boils well, put cashews and peanuts inside the water and we will put our roasted rava in it little by little, first, we will add one full-service spoon and mix, then we will add another service spoon, in this order we will keep adding rava little by little and keep stirring it. Keep stirring rawa and slow down the flame, be careful not to get lumps in it.
Step 5
Keep stirring the rava slowly keep the flame on medium the rava (suji) will absorb all the water while stirring now we will close the flame. Add lemon juice as per test Add 1 tbsp butter and mix gently. Take out in a serving bowl, and garnish with chopped coriander and 1 tablespoon of butter.
