First of all, take out your soya chap from the stick and cut it into 1-inch size (Soya chap comes frozen, bring it to normal temperature and only then cut it). Put all in a bowl and add some salt and some crushed black pepper, mix it well,l and keep it for 10 minutes. Soak cashews in water for 15 minutes and make a paste out of them.
Step 2
Put a pen on top of the plane and pour 4 – 5 tbsp cooking oil. When it becomes hot, we will put a little bit of our chap in it and while turning it apart, it will brown lightly, keeping the flame medium. When all the cut pieces are golden fried, take them out of the oil and keep them on a kitchen napkin so that their extra oil will come out.

Now put a pan on top of the Flame and put 2 tbsp of cooking aid in it, when the cooking oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds inside it, and after crackling the cumin seeds, put chopped garlic and fry lightly, After that add cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, black cardamom inside it and stirring slowly for 15 seconds.

Step 5
Step 6
Step 7
After boiling, we will close the flame and take down the pan, now we will put garam masala, crushed black pepper, and fenugreek leaves rubbed with both palms inside it. Add lemon juice as per taste.
