Red Sauce Pasta Ingredients:
- 200 -gm pasta
- 4 – Tomato medium size
- 3 – tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 – Capsicum finely chopped
- 1/2 – tablespoon ginger pest
- 3 – Cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 – tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 – teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 -teaspoon chili flakes
- 10 – Basil leaves
- 1/4 – teaspoon red Chili flakes
- 1/4 -teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
- 1/4 – cup grated mozzarella cheese (for garnish)
Red Sauce Pasta Instructions:
Step 1
First of all, boil pasta and first in different pots. To boil the pasta, pour 5 to 6 cups of water into a pan and put it on the flame, put 2 spoonfuls of oil and half a small spoon of salt in the water. Add pasta only water comes to a boil. Let the pasta boil till it becomes soft and check with a hand.
Step 2
Keep stirring the pasta with a spoon so it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. When the pasta boils. Take it down from the flame.
Step 3
In another pan, keep the tomatoes to a boil. Soak the tomatoes well in it. This much water should be in the pan. Make a cross-cut to make the tomatoes and put them in boiling water. Boil the tomatoes until they start to come off the top. When the tomatoes boil, take them down from the flame.
Step 4
Take out the pasta from the hot water and put it in a strainer separate the pasta and pour cold water over it so that they do not stick together and cool down. And when the boiled tomatoes cool down, peel them and grind them in a mixer to prepare a paste.
Step 5
Make the sauce, In a large skillet, when the skillet becomes hot add one tbsp oil, crushed garlic ginger paste, and capsicum, and fry a little. After roasting, put tomato paste in the skillet and slow down the flame, add chili flakes, black pepper, basil leaves, and salt and cook for 6 – 7 minutes. In 6 -7 minutes our gravy will be cooked, then we will add tomato sauce to it and red sauce for pasta will be cooked and ready.
Step 6
Now we put the boiled pasta in red sauce and mix it well. And cook for 2 – 3 minutes. After 2 – 3 minutes of cooking, we will turn off the flame and take out the pasta in a bowl.
Step 7

1 – you can also use cream, chili flakes, and oregano to garnish red sauce pasta
