 Tips And Notes

– If you do not have a kulfi mold to make mango kulfi, then put the mango kulfi mixer in any small-sized glass, cover it with silver foil on top, and put an ice cream stick in the middle, And keep it inside the fridge to freeze.
– You can increase or decrease the sweetness in Mango Kulfi as per your choice. I have kept 40 grams of sugar very little as per the sweet requirement because Nestle Milkmaid also has a good quantity of sweets.
– For better taste, you can store Mango Kulfi in an earthen kulhar or a small pot. The aroma of the soil creates a very good taste in the kulfi.
– After the milk starts boiling, we should keep stirring the milk continuously with a flat spoon until our milk becomes thick. If the milk sticks to the bottom of the vessel, then the taste of the recipe gets spoiled.
