Children especially love these ice cream fritters. To make this recipe, round balls of ice cream are made, the edges of the bread pieces are cut and after applying a little water on them, the ice cream balls are covered well with the bread pieces and kept aside for two to four hours. After that, a solution of an equal quantity of flour and corn flour is prepared, and ice cream balls are dipped in the solution, wrapped with bread crumbs, heated in cooking oil, and deep fried until golden. When it is golden fried, cut it from the middle, garnish it with chocolate syrup, and serve.

Ice Cream Pakoda Ingredients:
- 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream, large-sized
- 10 Bread Pieces
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 100 gm Maida
- 100 gm Corn Flour
- 750 gm Cooking Oil
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup, for Garnishing
Ice Cream Pakoda Instructions:
Step 1
First of all, keep the vanilla ice cream in the deep freezer on high cooling for 4 to 5 hours so that it hardens properly. Cut the edges of the big size bread pieces with the help of a knife apply a little water on top of them and roll them flat well.
Step 2
After 4 hours, when the ice cream balls are frozen well, take them out from the deep freezer and place the bread piece on the ice cream balls, cover it well, and press it with the help of your fingers to seal the edges. Close it like we make a laddu by hand. In this way, prepare the neck of the ice cream in the shape of a laddu and again keep it inside the deep freezer for 4 hours.
Step 3
After 4 hours, before taking out the ice cream balls from the deep freezer, we will mix 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of corn flour well in a big bowl add a little water, and mix. Add water little by little to get a thin liquid. Do not add water all at once. Add water little by little and keep stirring with a spoon. Be careful that there are no lumps in the liquid.
Step 4
Place a deep non-stick pan over the flame and pour cooking oil inside it. When the cooking oil becomes very hot, So, take out the ice cream-wrapped balls of bread pieces from inside the fridge soak them well in the liquid of cornflour and flour, and court them from all sides. After taking them out of the liquid, court them well from all sides with bread crumbs and with the help of fingers. We will pick up the gum and put it inside the cooking oil.
Step 5
Inside the cooking oil, we have to deep fry the ice cream balls for 15 to 20 seconds. Within 15-20 seconds, they will turn golden in color, then take them out carefully. After the ice cream pakora gets fried golden, cut it into two pieces with the help of a knife and garnish with chocolate syrup or mixed fruit syrup as per your choice. So, our delicious Ice Cream Pakoda are ready, you can serve them.

Tips And Notes
1 –To make Ice Cream Pakora, you can use any flavor of ice cream as per your choice but I suggest only vanilla flavor to make it. It tastes very tasty with a vanilla flavor
2 – To make an Ice Cream Pakora Recipe, cooking oil should be used fresh. Do not use too much cooking oil and fry the ice cream pakora inside it only after heating the cooking oil very fast. Ice cream pakora should not be fried properly on low flame. And his ice cream will come out.
3 –To give a round shape to the ice cream balls, place a transparent pinni (poly thine) inside a bowl and place the balls on top of the pinni, then hold the pinni from all sides and prepare them in a round shape with the help of hands. By doing this, no more bubbles will be formed inside them. Will not last and the curse will become round.
4 –To make iWillream pakodas perfect, after coating them with bread crumbs, keep them in the deep freezer for three hours and then deep fry them. In total, the ice cream balls have to be kept inside the deep freezer in three steps.
5 – To deep fry the ice cream pagodas, you should not take a very big vessel. Take such a vessel in which it can be completely immersed and deep fried in one go.

Ans: Before making the recipe, the ice cream ball is frozen on high cooling, then a bread piece is placed on it and then frozen on high cooling for 4 hours. Due to this, it is taken out immediately when it goes into the cooking oil, hence it doesn’t melt quickly.
