Soya Keema Recipe Instructions:

Step 1
Place a nonstick deep vessel over the flame, add approximately 750 ml of water, and boil it. Once the water comes to a boil, put the Nutrela Chura in the water and boil for 10 minutes. After boiling well, we will close the flame, put the Nutrela in an iron strainer, and drain all the water. Wash the Nutrila thoroughly with clean water and squeeze out all the water with the help of both hands.
Step 2
Now, place a non-stick deep pan over the flame and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil inside it. When the oil gets heated well, add asafoetida and cumin seeds to it. When the cumin seeds start crackling, add chopped garlic and stir slowly. When the garlic becomes lightly golden, add long green cardamom, mace, by leaf, and cinnamon inside it. When the whole spices start crackling, add the onion and stir slowly until it softens. When the onion becomes soft then add chopped green chilies and chopped ginger inside it and keep stirring slowly and slow down the flame.

Step 3
If there is less cooking oil in the pan, then add a little more cooking oil. Now we will add our spices inside the pan like coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric Powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt, black salt, and Kitchen King Masala, and add Kasuri Methi by rubbing it with the palm. Stir gently until the spices are roasted for about 10 seconds. Now we will put chopped tomatoes inside the pan and stir them to soften them. When the tomatoes become soft, add the blended curd inside them and everyone will get it well.
Step 4
When all the spices are mixed well and they start to boil, add 1 tablespoon of water and boil while mixing well. When the spices are boiled well, add Nutrila powder and mix well. Will also add boiled peas. We will speed up the plane a bit and cook the Nutrela for 6 to 7 minutes while mixing it well. While stirring, add 1 tablespoon of butter and mix well.
Step 5
After it is cooked well, we will now turn off the flame and add garam masala and lemon juice as per taste within the Nutrela keema. Also, add a little chopped coriander and mix well. Eat a little of the mince and see if salt or any other spice is less than you can add to it and mix. Take out the soya keema in a serving bowl.
Now our Soya Keema Recipe is ready, add some green coriander on top and make a Garnish.
You can eat it in any way by making roti, naan, paratha, or paratha roll for children.
