After four whistles, we will let the pressure of the cooker release, open the lid, and see if the moong dal is not boiled properly, then boil it with one or two whistles. Two whistles, and after coming today, we will open the lid of the pressure cooker and check the dal by pressing it with our fingers. If our dal is crushed properly, then it means that it has been boiled.
Step 3

If you find less water in the dal, then add a little boiled water and boil the lentils well on medium heat for 5 minutes. When the dal boils well, turn off the flame after 5 minutes and mix garam masala inside the dal, add some chopped leaves of green coriander and mix, eat a little dal in a spoon and see if there is less spice or salt.
