Although different types of dry fruits are used in this recipe, you can add dry fruits as per your choice. In this recipe, cashew nuts, almonds, and pistachios are roasted in a non-stick pan on a very slow flame, and when they cool down, they are cut after taking out the seeds of dates, figs, and apricots, they are all roasted on a very low flame, after that the dates and apricots. And in the grinder to the figs, add all these dry fruits to the grinder and prepare them by making a round shape by applying a little desi ghee on the hands. Dry Fruits Laddu Recipe Ingredients: 

 

  • 70 gm – Cashew
  • 50 gm – Pistachio
  • 70 gm – Almond
  • 50 gm – Raisin
  • 1/3  teaspoon of Green Cardamom Powder
  • 100 gm – Dates
  • 100 gm – Kumaoni
  • 100 – Anjeer
  • 50 gm – Desi Ghee

Step 1
First of all, we will put a nonstick flat pan on the flame and put cashews, almonds, and pistachios inside it and roast while stirring slowly. It will take 7 to 8 minutes for all these to roast, after that roast turn off the flame. Let the dry fruits cool down, after cooling down, Cut all the dry fruits into bite-size pieces. Cut off the stem of the raisins, clean them, and cut one raisin into two parts. Cut all the raisins in the same way.
Step 2

Step 3

Apply a little desi ghee on both your hands and make small balls of this paste in the shape of laddus and press them in a round shape. Will put it all on a plate and after 10 to 15 minutes, it will come in a better shape.
