Tips And Notes
– Serve only after cooling the fruit cream properly, the colder it is, the tastier it will be to eat. If you want, you can also eat it by freezing it like ice cream.
–You can add any fruits of your choice inside the fruit cream but don’t add cantaloupe and watermelon as both these fruits have high water content which can spoil the recipe.
– The cream should always be feted with a wooden spoon and not with a hand blender, sometimes the butter comes out from inside the cream and the cream is no longer there to make the recipe.
– You can eat vanilla ice cream or any ice cream of your choice after mixing it inside the fruit cream. Fruit cream tastes better even after adding ice cream.
– Always use fresh cream to make the recipe, do not use the canned cream available in the market. Use canned cream only if fresh cream is not available.
